Michael Wu

General Counsel and Secretary

Michael WuMichael Wu is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and compliance matters at Rosetta Stone Inc.

Prior to joining Rosetta Stone, he was vice president and general counsel at Montreal-based Teleglobe International Holdings Ltd. Before working at Teleglobe, Michael spent three years in Hong Kong as a senior attorney with Global One, the international joint venture between Sprint, Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom.

Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in political science from Emory University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
